Will you always switch me to the cheapest deal?

Yes. At Lowest Tariff, we promise to find you the cheapest energy deals around. And we never stop searching for the best prices. We automatically switch you if a cheaper deal becomes available. You don’t have to do anything at all.

If you find a cheaper energy deal or combined energy deal, we promise to pay you the difference plus 10%. Claims are calculated using a 12-month billing period cycles. The price difference plus 10% will be credited to your account within 14 days.

How do I know if I’ve been switched?

We always keep you in the loop. We send you an email with details of your new plan every time we secure a cheaper deal.

Is the service free to use?

Yes. Lowest Tariff is always 100% free. Unlike other switching companies, we never charge for our services. We also keep our customers’ details secure and promise to never share this information with third parties.

Will you check every single supplier?

We work with every OFGEM approved energy supplier. This means we don’t need to create specific relationships with them all. We have the freedom to use any supplier, and this freedom allows us to negotiate the cheapest deals for you. With us you are part of something huge and together we can negotiate amazing savings.

What happens once I have switched?

We handle every part of the switching service. After the switch, we drop you a line by email with details of your new plan. You don’t need to do anything, and your energy supply will never be disrupted. Unlike other switching companies, we become your agent and we work hard to ensure you are always charged correctly and treated fairly.
